Should LSU win the SEC Championship and Virginia Tech win the ACC Championship:

The Tigers bowl matchup would be Clemson vs. Georgia in the Peach Bowl.

Should LSU win the SEC Championship and Florida State win the ACC Championship, and Texas win the Big 12 Championship:

The Tigers bowl matchup would be Clemson vs. Colorado (assuming Texas wins Big 12) in the Champs Sports Bowl in Orlando, Florida.

***For the record, we have intentionally not put out a situation that would land Clemson in the Meineke Car Bowl. In talking to all of our sources, it does not appear the Champs Sports Bowl will pass on Clemson, even if FSU is available. FSU has made it clear they would like to leave the state of Florida. Also, we can confirm that the bowls have to send out requests forms for pictures, rosters, etc. so they can begin putting their programs together. As of Friday morning, Clemson has only received request forms from the Peach Bowl and Champs Sports Bowl. They have first piece of mail from the Meineke Car Bowl. If our logic is correct, we believe the bowls converse together quite often, and if Charlotte has not sent anything, the message must be clear that Clemson will not be available to them. Stay tuned we will know in the next 48-72 hours.
