Saints Hire Hobby Away From Clemson

by - Correspondent -

Marion Hobby was able to turn down interest from LSU, but when the chance came to go to the NFL, it was to hard to say no. Hobby has accepted a coaching position with the New Orleans Saints. Hobby made good strides with Clemson defensive line in just one season. He laid a good foundation with a talent young group of defensive tackles.

Hobby will be missed, but Coach Bowden has proven he can go out and make good hires. The best news is that Clemson is very attractive to a lot of coaches right now. We will have updates on coaching candidates later on.
