Coleman to Play Vs. Georgia Tech?

by - Correspondent -

Following the Tigers 37-30 2OT victory over Wake Forest, Duane Coleman said he expects to play next week versus Georgia Tech. Coach Bowden said the he felt Coleman would not be ready to play next week.

Coleman has been running and lifting weights to get the strength back in his foot. Everything that Coleman could possibly done to get back sooner, he has done. There are no questions revolving around his dedication or his leadership on this team. Though it wouldn't be a surprise to see Coleman in uniform versus Georgia Tech, but his more likely return would be in College Station against Texas A&M.

We expect to hear more on Coleman's status at Coach Bowden's press conference on Tuesday.
