Barry Gets The Ok

by -

Durrell Barry has been cleared by the NCAA clearinghouse, according to a source inside the Clemson athletics department. Barry will play tight end for the Tigers and wear number 82. Barry will add athleticism to a position that will be focused on under Rob Spence. Barry played quarterback this past season at Fork Union.

TJ Williams and Terrell Smith were the only members of the 2005 recruiting class to not qualify. Williams is expected to spend the fall semester at prep school, and then enroll at Clemson in January. Smith's future remains uncertain.
