Four-star WR, Tennessee commit headline weekend visitors docket |
With recruiting back in full swing, it’s time for the Clemson coaching staff to make its final pitches to 2014 recruits, and that begins this weekend with the first round of official visits.
Several committed prospects will be on hand this weekend, but there are two uncommitted recruits that will make the trip to Tiger Town for official visits. First, is three star defensive lineman Cory Thomas out of McCalla (AL) McAdory. Thomas committed to Tennessee back in November, but made it perfectly clear soon after his pledge to the Vols that he intended to take his official visits, declaring that he is still very interested in his top three schools - Tennessee, Clemson, and Mississippi State. Thomas will be in Clemson this weekend, Mississippi State the next, and take his final official to Knoxville. Four-star wide receiver Trevion Thompson out of Durham (NC) Hillside will also take his official visit this weekend. Thompson – a former teammate of current Clemson defensive back
