“What stood out the most was that Clemson is a special place with special people,” Quinn told TigerNet Monday. “The Clemson community really stands out after the visit.”
During the visit – he was on campus from Tuesday through Friday - Quinn and his family met with the Clemson coaching staff to get more of a feel for their character and personalities.
“I spent a lot of time with Coach [Jeff] Scott and Coach [Chad] Morris, and we met as a family with Coach [Dabo] Swinney,” Quinn said. “I have a great relationship with the coaches and talk to them regularly.”

“I did get to work out with Deshaun, and he was every bit as good as advertised,” he said. “I am always looking to improve, especially route running. I was able to work with Coach Scott on that.”
Quinn has offers from most of the ACC, SEC, and Big 12, but doesn’t want to publicly name a leader.

“I have narrowed down the schools I am focusing on, and Clemson is one of them for sure,” he said. “They are recruiting me as hard as anybody.”
As a junior, Quinn hauled in 115 catches for 2,141 yards and 26 touchdowns- almost doubling his sophomore numbers.
During his sophomore campaign, he caught 67 passes for 1,220 yards and 12 touchdowns, while rushing 65 times for 483 yards and 11 touchdowns.
During his freshman season, he had 65 catches for 1,228 yards and nine touchdowns.
