coaching the offense have any bearing on him getting out coached by coach spurrier by that i mean does Clemson's inability to run up the middle controlling the line is major so why not try and get Tajh to run a bit more and keep the carolina defense guessing opening the middle up and gaining yardage on the ground has to be the key to help us with moving the ball as to scoring too fast Thank you love the show!!!

Morris has been matched up against South Carolina's defensive coordinators not Spurrier. Like every offense and every offensive play call, if you can't consistently block then it won't work. I don't think scoring too fast is a problem. The problem last season was the Clemson defense could not get off of the field on third down and USC had the ball for 40 minutes.
Mickey: while I don’t have a lot of confidence heading into the game Saturday as we have just looked abysmal against them for years, I wanted to get your thoughts on this scenario:
We beat USC in Columbia; bringing the head to head with Dabo-OBS to 4-2
We beat USC in DV; bringing the head to head 4-3
Spurrier retires at the end of the 2014 season
My thought is that the OBS will NEVER allow Dabo to be put “on par” with him in head to head competition. It may be a reach but with his arrogance and petulance, I think it is a real possibility. I can’t think of a better thing for college football than to get that ********* out of coaching forever.

Spurrier says he is having fun and wants to continue to coach. However, the fun is in the winning. If he were to go 7-5 next season then he might change his mind. I think he is at South Carolina as long as he wins but will get out when it turns bad.

Happy Thanksgiving. It took about 30 seconds for me to look at the Depth Chart for South Carolina for me to think back to what Florida State’s chart looked like to confirm what I already knew and that was Clemson is in trouble. Quickness is great and absolutely needed on defense but can any quickness Clemson has overcome the size of the O-line that South Carolina has? Florida State just totally dominated the line of scrimmage and my fear is that once again this year, South Carolina will be able to run the ball when needed and be able to protect when they want to throw. Hopefully Clemson will not have the turnover bug that killed any chances against FSU because on paper, South Carolina wins this game every time, put you play on the field and not on paper.

South Carolina's offense is not close to FSU's. But if Clemson plays as badly as it did against FSU then the Tigers will get beat again. They cannot afford to turn it over like they did against the Noles.
Mickey, hard to believe the season is about to end. They go by too quickly. I believe we will end our year on a high note. It’s redemption time. As we all know, football requires desire, discipline and determination. This is exactly what I am sensing from Chad, Dabo and Tahj. Chad said we better take this personally. Dabo said we have to win the “dang” game. Tahj says we are playing the best football of the season. Beating them 7 times in a row is acceptable, losing to them 5 times in a row is not. When they put the chips in the bucket for this game, it is “All In”!!!!!!!

I hope you are right. This is a big one and that could turn a very good season into a great one. I am hopeful that Clemson plays much better than it has the last four times out against the arch rival.
