Mickey and Scott recap the College Football Preview Show on WCCP from Thursday night at Chiefs, including an encounter with Nikki Haley, Republican nominee for Governor. Scott also discusses the injury to Scotty Cooper and the impact thay may have on the season. Scott and Mickey break down where the mood of the fan base is as the season approaches and how long time IPTAY members feel about Dabo Swinney and this staff. Scott and Mickey also set the stage for some of the upcoming events at Clemson surrounding the first game of the year, including the First Friday Parade.

Discussion also includes superstitions when watching football, how Daquan Bowers will be affected on the field by the death of his father, and the upcoming Kyle Parker contract decision. Scott also talks about how he feels the schedule at the start of the season works into the favor of Clemson and the goal of winning the ACC title. Scott and Mickey also discuss whether Coach Dabo Swinney is growing into the job as the head coach of the Tigers.

Scott and Mickey also discuss the offensive line and wide receivers and what must happen with those units for Clemson to be successful.
