Clemson to Hold Fan Appreciation Day August 23

by -

Clemson, SC - Clemson will hold its annual Fan Appreciation Day on Sunday, August 23 at Clemson Memorial Stadium. All Clemson players and coaches will be available for autographs beginning at 3:00 PM. The session will last for two hours. No one will be allowed into the stadium prior to 3:00 PM.

T-shirts will be available for the first 1,000 fans 12 years of age or younger at Gate 5. Fans will be allowed to enter at Gates 1, 5, 9 and 13. Media guides will be on sale at the ticket office from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Season posters will also be available at Gate 9.

Clemson players will be positioned on the concourse level throughout the stadium on Sunday. All defensive players will be on the north side near Gates 5 and 9. The offensive players will be on the south side of the stadium. Clemson preseason All-ACC players Jacoby Ford and C.J. Spiller will be in the elevator area on the south side. Clemson quarterbacks will be on the concourse in the West Endzone.

Lines for Ford, Spiller and the quarterbacks will be cut off at 4:00 PM, even though these players will continue to sign autographs until 5:00 PM. It is important for fans to realize that it is very difficult to get all of their favorite players' autographs or pictures in the two hour limit.

Coach Swinney will be available on the concourse near the large tree in the East end zone.

*Due to the large turnout expected, there will be a one autograph or picture per player limit. This will assist in allowing more fans to meet as many players as possible during the event. Thank you for your help with this policy.
