Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl President Addresses Ticket Situation

by -

Dear Tiger Fans,

Due to the sheer volume of Clemson ticket orders received by our office, the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl will be unable to process a small percentage of orders.

First, let me personally and sincerely apologize for the situation and any inconvenience or misunderstanding and the consternation we have caused.

We are aware of the seriousness of this situation and are taking every possibly action to honor as many ticket orders as possible from the overwhelming number of ticket orders processed by our office.

If you placed your order prior to Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 10:24 a.m. YOU WILL RECEIVE your priority tickets as ordered. Tickets will be mailed by Dec. 19.

We regret that orders placed after Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 10:24 a.m. will not be able to be fulfilled as priority tickets. Priority tickets are defined as upper-level sideline tickets in the first 10 rows. These orders will be replaced with non-priority tickets in rows 11-26.

Each priority order fulfilled with non-priority tickets will receive a refund of $10 per ticket and will also receive a free FanFest ticket ($8 value) for each ticket purchased. Tickets will be processed and mailed out no later than Dec. 19. Refunds will be credited beginning in January.

Orders received after Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 2:50 p.m. will be unable to be fulfilled and will receive FULL REFUNDS along with a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl player’s uniform patch for every order and a free Chick-fil-A sandwich for every ticket.

The refund process will begin immediately and will be followed by the mailing of the uniform patch and free Chick-fil-A sandwich coupons.

The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl held, and has now distributed, 16,000 tickets for the University of Tennessee. No ticket order taken by the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl office or on the Internet was affected in any way as a result of holding the UT ticket block.

Again, on behalf of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, I offer my most sincere apologies for this situation.

Sincerely and apologetically,

Gary Stokan

Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl President
