Clemson commitments and prospects continue to shine on Friday nights, and this past Friday night was no exception.

The headliner of the group had to be running back Mike Bellamy out of Port Charlotte, Florida. Bellamy ran the ball only five times last Friday, but he gained 196 yards with four touchdowns. Those touchdown runs went for 50, 45, 34 and 58 yards in Punta Gorda Charlotte’s 62-6 win over Mariner. For the season, in just three games, he has 38 carries for 528 yards and 11 touchdowns.

TE Jay Rome (Valdosta, Ga.) had five catches for 88 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winning 15-yard touchdown reception for Valdosta in an overtime shootout that ended with a 64-62 over Brunswick.

Tony Steward (St. Augustine, FL) – Had a 95-yard kick return for a touchdown at the end of the first half in a loss to Bartram Trail.

DB Adam Humphries (Dorman HS) - Had two tackles and an interception in Dorman’s 31-14 win over Hanna. For the season he has 1 carry for 3 yards; 4 receptions for 51 yards; 4 KR for 112 yards; 1 PR for -5 yards; 14 total tackles; 5 PBUs; 3 INTs in 4 games

DB/WR Cortez Davis (Mainland, FL) - Had six catches for 108 yards and a touchdown. Season stats: 6 tackles, 3 pass break-ups, 11 receptions for 176 yards in 3 games

WR Charone Peake (Dorman HS) - Had two catches for 16 yards. Season stats: 4 carries for 18 yards, 11 receptions for 160 yards, and a KOR for 6 yards in four games

QB Tony McNeal – 17-for-31 for 230 yards and three touchdowns. Season stats: 82-141 for 1269 yards with 16 TDs and 1 INT in 4 games

OL Shaq Anthony (Wren HS) –Graded out at 91 percent in a win over J.L. Mann.

OL Ryan Norton (Mauldin HS) - Graded out at 92 percent in a win over Westside.

RB Marlin Lane (Mainland, FL) - Is shooting to play his first game of the season this Friday.

TE Eric MacLain (Jack Britt, NC) – Had a two point conversion, 1 reception for 35 yards, 5 tackles, and 2 sacks in 40-30 win at Raleigh Broughton. Season stats: 7 receptions for 148 yards, 12 tackles, and 4 sacks in 5 games

ATH Robert Smith (Woodland, SC) – Had three rushing TDs and 2 passing TDs in 53-0 win at Bethune-Bowman. Season stats: 362 yards passing with 7 TDs and 1 INT; 29 carries for 186 yards and 4 TDs; 5 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, and a sack in 2 games.

DT DeShawn Williams (Daniel HS) Season stats: 28 tackles; 3 tackle’s for loss; sack.
