Things I'd like to hear him say...

Dec 6, 2010, 8:19 AM

1. Boyd is the starter. He proved himself in the 2nd half of the chicken game that he deserves this opportunity after Kyle has been struggling as of late.

2. Things are broken on offense and we are revamping the way we do things. We understand that there is a problem, and it's more than a simple oil change.

3. Fans have every right to quack like ducks after our disappointing season, but again, we know that certain things don't just need tweaking, but major changes.

This is what I expect to hear. I hope I am wrong.

1. Parker gives us the best chance to win. He will be the starter but Boyd will get playing time.

2. Sure, we have had some minor troubles on offense this year. Those problems are correctable and will be corrected before the bowl game.

3. Why don't you guys stop quacking like bunch of ducks about the season. Next year will be much better. Heck, we could be Texas right now.

I'd like to see us play the best game of the year

I'd like to see us beat a Fla team (these guys may be better than Miami). I hope we see lots of Boyd.

I don't want to hear the presser. I have "heard" enough from everyone there this year. I want to "see" some good opportunisitic CU football and have it result in a win. Show us.

back all season, but this decision to start KP, your buddy and a guy who has spit in your and the teams' face all season, tells me all I need to know about you as a coach and a person. I'm done.

don't let the door hit you on the way out..

here's what he'll probably say.

Dec 6, 2010, 4:06 PM

"Parker gives us the best chance to win."

"Napier is a great play-caller and we'll look at rewarding him with a raise and a contract extension in the offseason."

"Wait 'till next year!"
