What?

"And it was mistakes that caused the problem moreso than an inability to execute."

Help me understand how "mistakes" don't fall under the umbrella of "inability to execute."

I believe he meant:

"inability to execute"=doing the right thing, but failing at it

"mistakes" = doing the wrong thing

I think Luke Skywalker put it more eloquently.***

It seems to that it would be better to leave the offensive line alone rather than moving a starter and replacing the position moved. Why not just replace the vacant position and leave the starters alone. It is much less responsibility to be an internet coach. I'm sure he has his reasons.

sprained ankle guy. So they played the 3rd string guy the 2nd half Monday night... maybe a 1st stringer moved to that position and a 2nd stringer in his normal position would make more sense overall. Moving an OG to an OT isn't like swapping out the Center for the Punter ;)

ULM fan impressed with Tiger Defense

Sep 5, 2007, 9:27 PM

Dan Scott: "Bowden got his first look at Louisana Monroe tape, and came away impressed with their defense."

ULM fan, after getting a good look at the Clemson defense Monday night: "Take plenty of bandages, splints, backboards and it wouldn't hurt to have an ambulance standing by."

Banned from ULM message board

Sep 5, 2007, 9:52 PM

Ho. Not really. What happened was when I clicked on "post a reply" button, a window appears below the reply field with the entire thread. First time I did it I got the "banned" message. Works fine for me now. Just thought it was a hoot.

down such and such a street with a KKK hat on was funny!

Thank goodness we Tiger fans don't dare each other to do craziness like that.

After further review (DVR), the holding calls in the second half were questionable at best. I saw Fla St D-lineman complaining to Cherry near the end of the first half, and it obviously worked.
