It looked like he got a concussion, but that possibility wasn't even mentioned during the game. What is the "official" word on what happened to him? Just got the wind knocked out of him? (Which is what we called concussions back in the day.)

Nothing about it looked like a concussion to me. He didn't hit his head on the ground, the DL just landed on him and his elbow hit his abdomen awkwardly. Probably got hit in the plexus.

next couple of weeks. I don't understand how they can say we are in good shape healthwise. Having said that, however, it is amazing that even though no Smith or Edmond (after first qts} for the Auburn game, the secondary played great and was responsible for a good bit of the sacks due to great coverage.
