Issues playing videos from Tigernet

Is anyone else having issues playing videos from Tigernet? I have to open in YouTube and I can play it. I'm using an iPhone 7+. Now one thing to note. This happens over cellular data. When I'm at home it works. Color me stumped.

YouTube app> press the Menu key> tap Settings> General> is the Limit mobile data usage box is checked?

Uncheck if so

I can play the video in YouTube. I can't play a video embedded on a story from Tigernet.

Could be the browser app.

May want to uninstall and reinstall.
