might ask him why he never let Kelly throw the ball more in his trash minutes. The part of this article that says no QB currently on the team completed a pass last year is alarming. I just wonder, is it because they were afraid that he would mess it up? Best case scenario: was it that he's not sure he wants everyone to know he can throw, and let them assume he can't? Or is it possibly that at that point, it's a game control mode, you want to run out the clock, don't necessarily need to score, certainly don't want an interception, and that you really just care that he gets experience commanding the office, and getting confidence in his running. I really don't know. Dabo won the National Championship, and I couldn't coach and NFL Madden team to win, so I don't really get to challenge him on that. But, I was surprised when he came in that gaining some experience passing wasn't part of it.

10 out of 13 ain't bad, though a tiny sample size. They will get plenty of practice in the Kent State game, which is a great opportunity for the young Tigers to air it out.
