Should Alabama join the ACC ?

thinking that they probably should at least consider it , seeing as how the level of competition has slacked off so much for them in their current situation.
It's like leaving your favorite fishing spot because the mosquitoes have gotten outta hand .
Aside from all the bravado and talk they are surrounded now by the walking wounded .
Coaching in that league has dropped off the face .
They should place themselves into a better league competition wise ...maybe even improve their lowly academic standing while they're at it .
Let's start a petition to rescue Alabama football from the oily morrasse that is the SEC.

LOL - this was good. Bama attempting to enter the ACC??? They would be embarrassed nationally as they would not be academically accepted. They would be so butt hurt with that attempt. Plus, their recruiting would instantly be destroyed as they would have to meet ACC standards, which they cannot.
If it was JUST football, then it would sound okay. But the ACC is many steps above the SEC academically. Bama needs to stay in their little comfort zone.

Would not be good for jimbo and Dabo.
Nick would process them just like he did Les, Urban, Richt, Tubberville, chizik, nutt, etc, etc. and soon to be processed Malzahn, Sumlin, ogre, Mcelwain etc etc.

Yeah. That was one year, but imagine if Dabo had to play Bama every year. Dabo would be 1-7 against Bama. How many ships would they have won? You think competing against Bama year in and year out would put a damper into the momentum of the program? It sure did for Auburn, LSU, Georgia, Florida, etc.
