Not disrespecially as much as usual bias. I can't accept #7 for QB considering it's over 3 year span and no one has recruited better than the Tigers. ESPN reasoning is flawed, as usual.

If you take those rankings I think they align themselves into groups and there is a noticeable drop once you go from group to group:
Alabama, Ohio State, Florida State, Clemson
step down
USC, Michigan? (possibly but until Khaki Jim can beat out his daddy they go into the group below), Oklahoma, LSU
step down
Washington, Stanford, Penn State
step down
Wisconsin, Oklahoma State, [Georgia, Miami, Auburn, Florida, Texas] <--potential only for this bunch
step down
Virginia Tech, TCU, Louisville, Oregon, Utah, Texas A&M, and Tennessee.
