Surprise

Jun 26, 2017, 10:39 AM

Hello TigerNet! Hope all of you are doing well this summer morning!

Go to YouTube and search for a movie trailer for Executive Action, a movie starring Burt Lancaster from the early 70's. Look for the surprise item in the trailer. Have fun!

Go Tigers!!!!!!

Burt Lancaster, Cameron Mitchell and Susan Clark filmed "The Midnight Man" on the Clemson Campus and surrounding area (some street scenes were in Anderson)in 1973. It was far from a blockbuster, more of a made-for-TV movie. Burt played a campus policeman working on a case. I remember attending a civic club luncheon where the cast were guests. They were very gracious. When I later saw the movie I spent the whole time identifying background locations. They used a fictitious name for the college in the movie. I think it was Jordan College.

Why do dogs always race to the door when the doorbell rings? It's almost never for them.
