Tajh Boyd. Haven't forgot you bro

I was thinking today with all the new recruiting success, Watson at Houston, new games being added, if Tajh still knows all this still has something to do with him! Thanks for choosing Clemson! Hope to see you at practice helping during some of those big games this year

One of my all-time favorite players! I'll always think of the LSU game and how Tajh just refused the let us lose that night! Glad he chose to wear the Paw!

And I still believe he was Clemson's best passer, ever.

I agree! I still remember how bummed I was when he finished his final game. I was so worried about who would/could fill his shoes, thinking he was the best we ever had at Clemson. Then my buddy who kept up with recruiting a lot better than me said, don't worry, just wait. Some kid who wanted Steve Fuller's number was on his way.

Me too! I actually took down my old faithful Clemson flag and retired it after he left thinking I'll replace it in a couple of years when/if we reemerge. Bought a new one sooner than expected!

Not knocking 4th and 16 but Humphries was wide open on the other side of the field about 20 yds downfield

True, but could Tajh have thrown him a good ball?

It all worked out for a win and the stunning fashion in which it happened at the end of the game just makes it that much better.

Wonder if that coot also was in Tampa with a USC for Bama shirt on too?
Probably unlikely to be able to afford that ticket.

Thanks for posting this video. I remember this game and that play. You'll notice a lot of NFL players out there. I hate it that Boyd didn't make a team, but good things are in store for Boyd. While at Clemson he delivered some of the most critical throws at critical moments. Sound like someone else? Paved the way. Great video.

It would nice to see Boyd utilized on the staff as a paid assistant somehow. He's truly an ambassador

Love that Tajh, I also have high regard for the contributions of CJ Spiller and James Davis. All 3 of those guys paved the way for more Tiger greatness. Led the way to the future.

and then Tajh came in at the end of the game. The last few drives were certainly great, but I certainly didn't realize then what the next 3 years (and then then 3 after that.....!) would bring with Tajh at the helm. Great years no doubt!
