NBA draft

I'm watching the draft and espn is saying that the NBA is going to change the one and done rule and require kids to be out of high school for 2 years before being able to play in the league.

The qwestion is whether or not any type of exception will be allowed. What do you do about the next let's say LeBron or Kobe prospect? One who is physically and mentally ready to play professional basketball?
