Phil Mickelson, longtime caddie Jim 'Bones' Mackay split

Tim Mickelson, Phil's younger brother, will take over caddie duties. Tim Mickelson, the former golf coach at Arizona State and now an agent for Jon Rahm, filled in for a day earlier this year at the WGC-Mexico Championship when Mackay became ill.

Bones should be fine . He made plenty of coins and probably took care of it better than Phil did .

He could end up doing some tv work. He did some work at the tournament at Sea Island last fall, and was very impressive. He had double knee replacement surgery this past winter, so walking 18 holes with a 40 pound bag on his back can't be easy.
