fan (who happens to be a customer) almost hyperventilating with excitement when telling a co-worker how Bentley was going to win The Heisman and how Muschump was building a dynasty (he actually used the words Heisman and dynasty). He acted like he had some kind of super secret inside connection. He was so hyped up and just ranted on and on about it. After the epic beatdown we gave them, he became highly agitated but even more intense with his delusion. It's downright comical.
