Isn't that an absurdly good record? I remember a few years ago Southern from the SWAC only had 9 losses heading into LSU's regional. Only time I had ever seen single digit losses in college baseball and of course that was against weaker competition.

Is oregon state basically a lock to win this thing?

A lock as much as Alabama was to win it in Football and Golden State in basketball

You can never be sure of anything in baseball,for example Coastal at LSU last year, and of course OKSU at Clemson last year.It's a whole new season once the regionals start because anybody can get hot and anybody can go on a slump.

Yeah true. And in a way this puts more pressure on Oregon state

Like they are by far and away #1 and would be a huge disappointment if they lost in regionals or in the supers

Agree with jarhead. At this point, I'd say uncheat would be odds on favorite to win based on competition. O state 10-0 against top 50 and unc is 20-7 against top 50. Obviously to only lose 4 is unbelievable.
