I would like to see Jay go into a coaching career. He definitely has what it takes in my opinion and I think he'd be a great college coach.

I played for his grandfather, Ron Greene, in Cleveland County, NC, so he definitely has coaching in his blood.

Didn't know his grandfather was a coach - but whenever I heard Jay talking about the prospects or results of a game, he always seemed to me to look at and explain things through the eyes of a coach - and to me always seemed to make sense in that he focused on things that were very fundamentally strategic and tactical.
