ESPN Business Plan for the future

Apr 28, 2017, 10:47 AM

The only time I watch ESPN is to see a game, so they should have NO ANNOUNCERS! I don't like to listen to their SEC spin anyhow. I just wish the radio transmission could sync up with the game.

Go Tigers AND Tiger Nation(al Champs!)!

maybe they can outsource on air commentary to a call center in India, works for a lot of other companies trying to save cash.

You won't be able to understand them though on play by play.

I thought you were going to say their business plan was to no longer show or cover sports, show only human interest stories, fire good analysts and keep only mouthy commentators, have shows where they only debate peripherial, sports-related subjects such as CTE investigations and who's sitting on the bench taking selfies, and pump only their affiliated college football conference (SEC).

I thought for a second, that's noy so much a good plan for profits.

Oh wait ... that may be their plan.

SportsCenter is obsolete...

too many other avenues to see scores and highlights. Their "arguing" shows are trash. You can listen to Mike & Mike on the radio. Other than the games there is nothing worth watching. Some of the 30 for 30 shows are good but those get old after awhile.
