I think Jacksonville would really be an ideal spot for DW4

They've been bad, but I really don't think they are that far from being pretty good if they had a difference maker at QB. They play in probably the easiest division in Pro football where traditionally you only need 9 or 10 wins to win the division. Couple that with the fact that you play 8 games a year in Florida + 2 more games a year in the ideal stadium conditions of Indianapolis and Houston. Add Watson and somehow get 1 difference maker at the WR position and they'd have a pretty solid group.
Jacksonville has not been eager to pick up the 5th year option of Bortles. Clearly new management isn't married to him and they may be looking for their own guy. There's been a lot of late buzz potentially pairing Watson to the Jags at the 4th pick. I think he could really succeed there, plus he'd get his money by being an early pick. Hopefully Hobby puts in a good word since he knows Watson better than anyone else on that staff.
