Well, weight might be inappropriate in that it involves 2 of those long flat rehab rubber bands, that I tie around my trailer door handle (inside since "no seeuns" are out) and pray they don't snap & hit me in the face or butt b/4 I build up my muskles! ??

LoL, and lifting those weights..I mean bungee cords..no, rubber band strap thingies fir senior citizens.
Hey, don't laugh..if you get to see as many games at home & away in person and Bowl games in person as I did since 1958 (?15+ bowls) then you will be using rubber somethings too to stay fit!
