No doubt that Bpen has some great arms Crawford, Henny, Andrews, Beasley, and Gilliam can shutdown almost anyone. Its just as of late they haven't had the command of the fastball and off speed pitches like they did earlier in the season. After looking up these stats the average Bpen pitcher had there ERA go up a full run even more in some cases.
-Beasley his ERA has sky rocketed from 2.31 to start of the month but now its at 4.11! That's almost two full runs in 5 app and 4IP 4ER 5K 3BB
-Henny ERA to start the month 2.45 now its at 3.45, this month 9app's and 7.2IP 5ER 7K 3BB and his ERA went up a full run.
-Andrews ERA to start the month 1.80ERA now again a full run at 2.80ERA, this month 7app & 6IP 3ER 5K 0BB
-Crawford ERA to start the month 0.57ERA once again now its 1.53 ERA again almost a full run, 5app & 4.1IP 2ER 5K 4BB
-Gilliam ERA 0.60 ERA at the beginning of the month, now 1.11 ERA so about a half a run, in 9app & 8.2IP 2ER 14K 7BB
Bpen average ERA as of 4/1/17 1.28 ERA ( only includes the main 5 above and Owen Griffith) Bpen average ERA as of 4/24/17 2.17 ERA almost a full run.
The only Bpen pitchers with an ERA thats either lower or the same since the start of this month are Owen Griffith (hes only had 4app with 3.1IP 2H 2K 0BB ERA 0.00) and Schnell (FSU app - 4IP 3H 0ER 1BB 2K ERA down from 9.00 to 3.86 only app for the month) Ryan Miller hasnt pitched since April 2nd hope hes ok but I wont count his stats in this.
