Got a feeling Ray Ray might have a breakout season

Mar 27, 2017, 8:44 PM

I can see him putting up comparable or better numbers than Artavis did. Then to have Cornell and Amari behind pushing him will help too. If he learns to protect the football, watch out.

And, if he has learned to hand the ball to the official after crossing the goal line.

No inside info, but I think Feaster winds up as the primary

kickoff and punt returner. He is big enough and shifty enough to break a few. It's gonna be fun to watch.

He also has great hands, so he should be reliable.*****

He could be ridiculous. He has more raw talent than Scott but Scott had

The work ethic and tenacity. If Ray Ray gets that he's good to go. And the hands.

He's very explosive. It would be great if we could find more

ways to get him out in space and let him make plays. Of course he needs to improve his ball security, but the play making ability is absolutely there and that's probably something we are going to need next year.

I think they've wanted to

but fumbling the ball is a quick way to get into dabo's dog house. he's one of those frustrating players to watch. when u know he's just oozing with talent but isn't laser focused like he should be to dominate. sounds like it's starting to click now so watch out!

Only issue with Ray Ray is dropping the ball. Field position changed significantly when Scott returned. I hope He has learned and been working on this, even taking hits on the run to avoid fumbles, body points of ball security stuff- The Fundamentals.
I hear Dabo talk about him, I know He's fast, and has a good " jump cut " to his game to avoid defenders. If He can hold onto the ball, I's say his numbers look a lot better this year. However, their are more hungry WR's to feed it seems-so competition is there for him. He has the potential, you can see it.

Also, if he doesn't..

it could mean that he was beaten out Cornell or Amari after a bit. Either way, I see some great things brewing.
