won't sit near them and cheer a Clemson TD, they have to where some sort of scarlet letter? This is just a preposterous discussion of fandom. You know its ok to root for, be an alumnus of and financially support one athletic program and get some small pleasure of the success of others. And it's ok if you don't feel the same.
It's what makes the world go 'round, and quite honestly it's what allows Clemson to fill 80k seats every Saturday while not getting 3,000 people to show up to an NIT home game or 50 people to go to a tennis match. Everyone picks and chooses what their own "fandom" means.

good luck with that. Often times I see cars with both college's stickers or magnets. I assume "house divided thing" but sometimes I wonder if there are those that just simply like both schools because they live in SC

Although, I do have family and friends that are Gamecawks. If they are happy with the results then I'm happy for them.
But it doesn't mean that I have to root for them. I feel their success has a direct negative impact on our potential success and vice versa.
