Every time his name is mentioned, you find it necessary to tell all of us that he isn't coming to Clemson. Nobody here said he is, amd it certainly doesn't seem likely, but it could happen.

Williamson can go anywhere he wants. How do the basketball staff package Clemson basketball to get him to sign here? The graduation angle is useless because he will go to the NBA in one to two years.

I think if we had not had so many close losses in the toughest league, we probably would
have been playing better down the stretch. I think we could have beaten a tournament team
or two if we had gotten a bid with a few more wins. Just my two cents.

Quit that toughest league excuse! The ACC showed its true colors in the NCAA tournament. It was highly overrated this past season. That is just another excuse for Drad to keep Brownell. It's a bogus one.

Nah. The ACC has a repeat Final Four team. We actually did better than the Big East when they had 11 bids. More teams in means more teams getting knocked out early.

USC was not a final 4 team when we beat them. They improved a 1000%. We didn't. The outcome would be much different now.

Pretty sure Thornwell did not play against us this season. That makes a huge difference for their team and yeah we squeezed out a 2 point W, due to that.
Also, we lost to UNC; no moral victory found there.

"Almost" should never be a part of Clemson Athletics acceptance of a LOSS. Amazing how many buffoons will settle for mediocrity on this board. If USCjr can get this far so should Clemson. Dream big.

Saying things like how close we were is somewhat like using stats and a Bell Curve. Losing in the first round of the NIT would also have to be included. You typically throw out the outliers. What you end up with is - Brad Brownell is NOT a good coach and tends to fail down the stretch of games. He looks like a deer in headlights IMO.
