I still remember in 1981 having a Coot fan I worked with back then tell me he was rooting for Nebraska in the Orange Bowl, said he would root for Russia against Clemson. And, goes without saying they were all rooting for 'Bama this time around. But, in basketball, this year, IF by some Cosmic Injustice those guys (or gals) get all the way to the Championship game, I will root for that particular group of young people to win it all, just for that one night, just for State pride. I will obviously not respect myself in the morning, but I would hope to be a better person than they were / are. (And yes, I already put this to the test back when they won the beisaball Championships.) Good luck to them if they make the Championship games, but until then, OH HAIL NO!
