You know things are good for Clemson when we are not even

really worried about the coots having a great run in the tourney.
They could end up in the final 4 and this year would still be a tremendous victory for us in the rivalry.
The coots have already had a great season in B-Ball. Making an Elite 8 run is great and I wish we could do it.
That said, it doesn't amount to much in terms of the recent rivalry.

that even a coot Final 4 appearance doesn't hold water against us.
It's definitely something for them to be proud of... but they can't come at us with it.

I would prefer that their fans don't have leverage over us.

As long as they know their place I have no problem with any of them.
The 5 year streak hurt DEEP. I knew my place back then. But it pushed us to the very top and now things are even better than normal.
2016-2017 was our year. They would have to win a Natty in B-Ball and knock us out of the CWS again to even get close.
We have ALL the scoreboards.
If they use their run as smack... all we have to do is say.... we beat you.

Threatened? No. College football is basically only fun during the tournament, so while I'd like Clemson to do well at hoops, I'm not too frustrated as long as football is where it's at.
That said, some people here were losing their minds earlier. Heck, in the second round, I heard people saying Duke only lost because the referees were totally against them. Can you imagine ever making that excuse?

I'm worried because if they win "The Final Four" then we would have to share
the road space we have for "The Natty" with their basketball championship.
And unfortunately it would matter even if we did win this year.
