Good Idea? or jumping the gun on the heels of the Ole Miss violations for recruiting purposes? He is 61-42 in 9 years at Miss State

A program that has zero athletic glory outside of baseball. 61-42 is probably good enough for a statue when he leaves.

Actually Mullen is a pretty decent coach. But with MSU locked in between Bama, LSU, UT, TAM, and UGA, a Mississippi school would almost need to cheat to get recruits. Ask Hugh Freeze if you doubt that. Anyway, Mullen is the BEST coach that MSU will get, so they had better keep him.

That said - Mullen should consider going elsewhere, 'cause he could recruit easier ANYWHERE ELSE.
