The Clemson Men's Golf team just finished up...

winning their 3rd team tournament championship of the 2016-17 season today at the Westin Rio Mar Puerto Rico Classic,it was also Larry Penley's 71st career team title as Clemson Head Golf Coach.Sure does look like early on this might be a really good season for Larry Penley's team.Hopefully they'll do better than their 14th place finish at the NCAA Tournament from a year ago and also Win the ACC Tournament again like last season...WEBSITE FOR TOURNAMENT SCOREBOARD FROM BIRDIEFIRE.COM-https://www.birdiefire.com/tournament/30842/

This is great news. Should move them op in the standings... I think going into Feb D1 had them at 21. maybe close to top ten with the field that was there at this one.

Think this makes 3 wins this year. 2 in the fall and now 1 in the spring. Long way to go but they continue to look better and better. Go get us another natty this year Tiger Team !!!!

Yes correct on 3 tournament Wins,they won the The Jackrabbit and Ka'anapali Collegiate Classic back in the fall to go along with todays team Win

Wow Bryson should have won the tournament. -12 through 17 holes and a triple on 18 and still finished runnerup. Great Tournament tigers and keep building towards that championship.

Doubled up on the closest team. That is amazing. UNC is ranked and came in 11th. GT is right outside of the top 25 and came in 3rd. The competition was pretty dang good and we blew em away.
