If he really bombed his ACT like they say, he's SEC all day with their lower admissions standards. Hope it's not true and/or fixable before he commits but just makes me more mad that conferences have different admissions standards..... bs

If they made everyone's standards like CLEMSON's, then the SEC would only have ONE team - Vandy. I would be disappointed if CLEMSON lowered our standard.

I don't believe there are any different academic standards imposed by conferences any more. Everybody pretty much goes by the NCAA minimum requirements. Some schools' admissions offices take a tougher line than others (see the Becky Bradham / Dwight Jones incident of 2008) but I don't think there's any difference at the conference level.

Does anybody know why his mother is so enamored with UGA? It can't be Kirby Smart's personality or demonstrated head coaching abilities.
Or, let me add, UGA reputation for players not getting in trouble with the law.

Dabo and Co. need to get Zamir and his mama on campus or this may be a done deal. I don't think he has any plans to get back to clemson either. Very disappointing if we don't land this guy.
