That's not good. But, this is baseball and there's a loooong way to go. All of the positives and excitement are still there. Perspective people, perspective.

It's not a 10-game season, people.

Baseball is a marathon. If we see the same play in April, then we got problems.

Give the new guys time to mesh with last year's guys and let Monte do his magic.

We'll be fine. RELAX!

What this weekend told me was that we are not a top 10-12 team.
They may get there but it's not just going to be overnight.
I did not see any of the new guys that look like they will be spectacular.
So this team will have to work hard and grid it out .

Also, there is a "culture" that has to be adopted by the players, and a buy-in of that culture must become a part of of the team. I see that happening pretty quickly with this coach and with this group of players. Maybe I'm wrong, but notice that Dabo didn't just take over and "presto-chango" there was a new us. I think our Baseball coach has the "it" factor when it comes to inspiring players to dig deep and bring out all their skills, just like Dabo did. I fully expect our guys to develop into a real factor when it comes to baseball performance, just like our football team has developed into that group. Time will tell.

I also heard someone passed away at the game today after not being able to be revived via CPR...Not a good day at DK...
