You can't force that on a graduate transfer, just undergrad transfers.

Yep. I think once a player has his degree, he can do what he wants. He is no longer in school.

I believe Clemson doesn't have to approve anything or have a say so on where, since he is a graduate.
The school does have to have a major not available at Clemson.
I seriously doubt Pagano would go to a school Clemson would have on the schedule out of pure courtesy on his part for what Clemson has done and means to him.

Would that eliminate all SEC schools except maybe Vandy? And I guess UNCheat would be included in that list too since they don't have classes for athletes.

Vernon Adams from Eastern Washington transferring to Oregon and the two teams playing each other the first game.
I don't believe Scott Pagano would transfer to a school in the ACC or a team Clemson is scheduled to play this year.

Betting he ends up at either Oregon or Arizona State .
He seems like he wants to play right away , which he would on the reg.
However , going to a place like an SMU would put him into a position to dominate against less talented players , mostly. .
I wish him well.

So you're preemptively stirring the pot on something he could hypothetically do, even though all signs point to him doing nothing of the sort?
Quit looking for a reason to be more upset with Pagano. It's completely unfounded.
