You have to call Rivals.com (main office), and it's difficult at best. I didn't like the fact that they automatically renew me w/o my having something to say about it. Glad I'm out. Tigernet is better, anyway.

I agree, Their premium content is so underwhelming

Your best bet is to cancel and change your credit card number because they put you on hold forever when you try to call and cancel.

I was a premium member there and here are my observations.

- they don't have any "insider" info. At best they may break news on 1 or 2 surprising commitments per year. To be honest, David Hood's articles here have more solid info than many of their "updates".

- they post articles with titles such as "Sunday update" and if you read them, it's mostly the opinions of their two reporters.

- their website will crash on national signing day.

- a couple of posters there post interesting thoughts but even they are inferior to some of the solid TigerNet posters such as quozzel or TigerWoods.

- the website owner Cris Ard has Don Corleone as his profile picture (thinks he is really a badass like the god father...lol) and he whines about his mother-in-law regularly.

- and don't even get me started on their "The Forecast" as they try to predict game outcomes. They mostly just go with what vegas says.

I read their ettiene article and had enough. David's write up was much better

Send them a letter with a month in advanced check telling them that it is a final payment bc you no longer want their crap. Have it notarized send them a copy and never send them another dime. With the notarized letter is your proof that you canceled... I've done that before to those that make it so hard to get rid of them. It has worked bc I have never heard from them again!!! Or call your credit card company and tell them you lost the credit card they are billing, and cancel that card....
