Fanatics is about the worst communicator of any online merchandise store. It is virtually impossible to contact customer service, and if you do, it's a waste of time. As you noted, once you order, they essentially disappear until your order ships. They promise you 3-day shipping, but don't tell you it will be a week or more until your order is actually shipped.
I ordered a bunch of NC stuff from them, too, and I recall that they said all of the "special merchandise" would ship no later than 1/20... today... You can be sure that nothing would ship BEFORE that date.
If there was any other source, I would never order from them again.

Yes, most ship by today. The exception is the National Championship Blu Ray/DVD, which ships by March 21st.

Yes, I'm going broke buying my NC gear. They seem to send it all piecemeal but it's now trickling in and worth the wait. I get an email every time something ships. No troubles other than what seems like slow delivery.

These are speciality items because we won the NC. They are made one at a time in a batch and shipped accordingly. Be patient. It only took 35 years for this batch to be made.

I can tell you that I never had an issue with them at all. Sometimes piecemeal shipments, but got all the goods. Seems to me that every source ships from the same center.... Fans Edge, Fanatics, others etc, all are priced the same and have the same sizes..... like your cable company lol...

Christmas two years ago, they shipped my items later than promised, by the wrong carrier, to the wrong address, and shipped me Alabama merchandise instead of the Clemson items I ordered! Other than that, they were great.

My friend is happy that there is a big demand for these items.
This friend of mine bought 10+ line-items and I (uh.. I mean "my friend") has received only a hat so far.
The hat is SWEET, though. It looks good on my friend!

I ordered a hat and the schedule t-shirt. The hat arrived yesterday, but I haven't received the shirt yet.
Have to say the hat looks pretty sharp. It's the coaches version...didn't care for the extra gold on the players version. The plastic on the snap seems kinda brittle though. Better not adjust it too often.

ahead of schedule. When I ordered, I immediately got an email confirmation. Not long after I got another confirmation of shipping tracking info saying it should arrive Saturday 1/21. To my surprise, they were waiting for me yesterday when I got home 2 days early. Standard ground shipping
