Well this only means one of 3 things:

1) He can't evaluate talent
2) He just doesn't watch a lot of film, so he is playing catch-up
3) He just is a hype follower and just goes with current flavors, so he isn't independently thinking

NONE of those three things are good traits to have AS THE MAIN DRAFT ANALYST ON THE WORLD'S LARGEST SPORTS INFORMATION CHANNEL.

I dont know why people care what he and McShay think...

If they were HALF as good at their job as they think they are a NFL team would be paying them Millions as a head scout.

Still paid a ton. Plus no risk at all when he is wrong. All reward no risk. He doesn't have to be right, he just has to get people talking about it and watching..... well guess what we are doing.
