We need him.

Be hard to pull a Louisiana boy away from LSU but if anyone can do it, Dabo can.

Getting them in the door is the hardest part.***

Given his stated desire to be close to home and his

fondness for LSU, the odds of us getting him don't look good.

Regarding LSU:

“At first, they didn’t recruit me because I don’t think Coach Les (Miles) liked me, but Coach O came in and he was high on me and really loved me,” Etienne said. “They finally offered me, and because they’re the home-state school, that puts them there. They’re right down the road from where I live, an hour and 30 minutes away, and I definitely don’t want to be too far (from home).”

I think we make a strong push but he's going to LSU. We do have another back on our board?

if his last visit is to LSU....

Jan 16, 2017, 1:33 PM

then really unlikely he falls our way

i'd again rather pocket this scholly and use it to our advantage to see playing time to Zamir

chances of a '17 RB making a major contribution on next years squad as a true fr are very unlikely

Don't know who else we are pursuing now, but,

good grief, look who FSU has coming in...plus Dalvin's brother next year. LOADED

I know we were looking at Felix, but he committed to Oregon.

It also appears that we WERE at least looking at Anthony McFarland. But he is a smallish back.

Our last running back from Louisiana was pretty good (Chad Jasmin)

Touchdown Jasmin. Touchdown Clemson.

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

On Campus right now, wonder how that's going...
Maybe, maybe we can get a commitment B4 he leaves.
