He is correct - Alabama v OSU not best for TV. Nothing personal against the Tigers. Just like they would prefer not having UW as well.

We were one of his pre-season final 4 picks and the only one that made it. And he is right as far as CFP not wanting an ALL SOUTHERN rematch. The Championship game TV ratings were down from previous year. Many think this was due to lack of interest outside the south.

Alabama v OSU gives you the south and Midwest plus a variety of other pluses.

TV didn't want it last year. Everyone assumed it would be Oklahoma and Alabama in the national championship game. The assumption this year is Alabama and Ohio St.

Washington is extremely good on offense with tons of speed. The only good offense Bama faced, USC, wasn't clicking on offense the first month of the season. The next best offense Bama faced after that was the mess that is the falling apart Ole Pi$$ team. And their head coach Chris Peterson is one of the best in the country

Washington's OL is going to get eaten alive by Bama

The Pac 12 is still too much of a finesse league. Washington isn't a finesse team, but they've only faced one team all season with legit lines and that was USC, who beat them handily. They aren't going to be prepared for the athleticism and physicality of Bama in the trenches.

I would LOVE for Washington to knock them off, but i don't see it happening. Browning looked like a beaten and abused puppy by the end of the USC game and it's going to be even worse for him against Bama.
