said he thought the Heisman Trust would invite just three players, Jackson, Watson, and Mayfield. They typically base the number of invitees by a logical break in number of votes. Tesitore seemed pretty confident it would not be any more than those three players.

He could be way off once all the votes come in, but he has been ESPN's Heisman guy for a good while.

People can talk about his INT's all they want, but he's lost 3 games as a starter. He should have won it last year, but I didn't have a problem giving it to DH. If he doesn't win it this year then the award is a complete joke.

Agree...my take is that this thing is very political. Las year Watson went up thereally and kissed all the baby's....I say give it to Watson since it's his last year. Lamar can win it next year (after he kisses the baby's this year)
