Leggett to Patriots

Dec 4, 2016, 9:12 AM

Gronk, God bless him and I wish him well...he is an amazing person, is probably done or will be soon. It is the NFL and they are notorious for dropping people. Leggett has a lot of similarities. He would be successful

Gronk will never play again and Leggett is what Belichik looks for

Dec 4, 2016, 9:32 AM

NE uses their tight ends has receivers more than anyone and Leggett seems to fit the mold persality wise of the players Belichik drafts. He stayed 4 years, ACC honor roll, doesn't have discipline issues or showboat. Belichick will make a 5th rounder a superstar and a superstar who runs his mouth (Chad Johnson) ride the pine. He just cut their best linebacker bc he evidently was improvising too much. If Leggett goes to NE and buys in, he could be a star.

Pats fan from NE here

Hope you're right. People are worried here Gronk is done. Even if he returns it's next year only b/c his cap hit gets huge after 2017.

Leggett makes sense, except I can't ever recall a tiger being on the pats. I want the patriots to draft Gallman personally, but Leggett makes total sense
