Will Navy game delay announcement of Top 4 teams?

If Navy wins this weekend, they must delay announcing a whole bunch of other bowl games until after the Army-Navy game. Navy could crash the NY6 bowl and force all other bowls to redo matchups.

At a minimum, will they announce the Top 4 since Navy doesn't impact those matchups?

I don't see a Navy win over Army leap frogging them. If they both lose, it would be a bigger issue.

Doesn't the "Group of 5" team have to be a conference champion? If they both were to lose this weekend, then it wouldn't go to either team. It would have to be a conference champion. At least that is my understanding.
