How exactly does this happen?

"A North Carolina State official reached out to TigerNet on Monday evening..."

Did somebody call Crump while he was in the shower? Did somebody call Nikki while she was making dinner? Why do officials at NC State have all of this contact information? I don't have this contact information. Who else has these numbers? How many schools have "reached out to Tigernet"?

Did the official call a bunch of news outlets to read that statement, or just Tigernet?

I'm afraid that this gives Tigernet an air of legitimacy that we have worked so long and hard to avoid. I long for the good ole days.

But perhaps there is hope. Why couldn't we name the "official"? Perhaps it was because she was the second assistant student intern in charge of keeping the so-called Mike O'Cain football office copier filled with paper. There is much more to this story than we have been told.

And yes. We are standing by our computers.

Actually someone posted the contact email and I sent the Assistant AD an email expressing my strong opinion. What you saw posted on Tigernet was a duplicate of the email I received in response to my email.
