Joyner and Lawrence

If Joyner keeps putting up the numbers that he has been the last couple of years and what he will do this year should Clemson take two qb's next cycle? Assuming we get Lawrence that is. This kid is too good of a football player to loose to the coots.

What say you?

If we get Trev Law and especially if we can pull him and Zamir White in 18' our coaches will make the pro-style work. Dabo goes after talent and character and we adjust the system accordingly. Joyner is a stud if we get him instead the dual threat options just continue. Win win either way. Great options to be choosing from.

Joyner is the type of QB we could pass on and it bite us in the butt if he goes ti SC. I really hate to see recruiting momentum pick up for the coots over guys we passed on. Just my 2 cents. Joyner could be Watsonesque.

By default. He wants to come to Clemson especially w John Simpson here. He has the chance to be great. Id rather him over Lawrence but I know Lawrence is a stud too.

I completely agree and have been saying that for a while. Joyner is a game changer. He still has two years left in hs, by the time he graduates he's gonna be a top recruit in my opinion.

and he does not mind competition, so I say we offer him as Qb regardless of Lawrence, who may or may not be motivated!

I would take both. Imagine Joyner with a stud qb Coach like Streeter teaching him. He would be a star in a year or two once he got on campus. If T Law is as good as advertised and he starts for 3 years then move him to a different position. IMO though I think he is too good of a talent to not let him have a shot at qb.
