I give these coaches a big thumbs down. This is not a good way to develop trust with your players.

I have to believe they just a lost a lot of trust with their players. The players will not fight for coaches who do that, IMO. What a distraction.

Ryan Gosling, is on the hot seat already with a 19-19 record. He'll be gone after this year.
